Horizon Health & Subacute Center's nursing staff is extraordinary.

Our goal at Horizon Health & Subacute Center is two-fold: First, to return you to a better state of health so you may resume your previously active lifestyle as soon as is safe and possible; and secondly, to prepare you and provide you with the tools you need to help you maintain your good health and successfully stay at home and out of the hospital.

Our nursing staff has a wide range of professional experience with many diagnoses. They can provide:

• IV therapy,

• wound care,

• tracheostomy and ventilator care,

• feeding tube care, and

• pain management.
